== Ingredients ==

* 2 T olive oil
* 1 small onion, minced
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 T grated fresh ginger
* 1 lb assorted greens, washed, pieces
* Zest of 0.5 lime
* 1 t cumin powder
* 0.5 t tumeric
* 0.5 t coriander
* 0.5 t garam masala
* 2 T vegan chicken-flavored bouillon
* 1 can chickpeas or 1.5 cup homemade
* Salt to taste
* Rice for serving

== Directions ==

# Saute onion, then garlic
# Add onion, garlic, ginger, greens, spices, water, bouillon
# Cook on low for 6-8 hours
# 30 minutes before serving, blend with immersion blender
# Add chickpeas and lime zest
# Serve over rice
