* 2.5 Tablespoons sesame tahini&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 Tablespoon olive oil&lt;br /&gt;
* 3 - 4 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice&lt;br /&gt;
* 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin&lt;br /&gt;
* 0.5 teaspoon ground coriander&lt;br /&gt;
* Dash cayenne pepper&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 teaspoon sea salt&lt;br /&gt;
* 0.25 - 0.67 cup chickpea cooking liquid, vegetable stock, or water&lt;br /&gt;

# In a food processor or blender, puree the chickpeas with the garlic, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, spices, and salt.&lt;br /&gt;
